Nicholas Poon is a highly respected Counsel and the head of the firm's dedicated Dispute Resolution Division.

His unique professional perspective is shaped by his distinguished service in the Judicial & Legal Service of the Attorney-General’s Chambers, where he served as a Senior Assistant Registrar at the Federal Court of Malaysia, assisting some of the nation’s most senior judges. This experience granted him invaluable insight into judicial reasoning and appellate procedure, which he now leverages for his clients.

Upon returning to private practice, Nicholas quickly established a reputation for delivering insightful and pragmatic legal advice and is regularly seen appearing as both solicitor and counsel across all levels of the Malaysian courts.
