Kitson Foong

Kitson Foong is widely recognised amongst his peers as one of Malaysia’s best criminal lawyers and civil litigators with extensive experience in handling complex trials and appeals at the State, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia.

Chris Kooi Wei Kit

As senior partner in the firm, Chris Kooi has gained a growing reputation as an one of Malaysia’s upcoming criminal and civil lawyers to watch.

His fields of practice include all facets of criminal defence litigation as well as contract, torts and employment disputes.

Chris obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Malaysia (UKM) and promptly read in the chambers of Datuk Ong Siew Swan prior to being called to the Malaysian Bar. Upon being selected to receive the prestigious Tun Hussein Onn Memorial Scholarship by the Kuok Foundation, he pursued and obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Malaya.

Known for being a self-motivated, thorough and responsible advocate and solicitor, Chris is credited by clients as being adept at identifying critical issues, developing effective strategies and providing innovative solutions that expeditiously resolve problems. Chloe Lim

Chloe’s wide variety of work includes representing and counselling real estate developers, landowners and others in the areas of real estate law.

After graduating with an honours degree in law from the National University of Malaysia (UKM), she worked with one the city’s most established law firms honing her skills as a real estate and banking lawyer. Having worked with many purchasers and sellers of real estate and businesses to negotiate contracts, Chloe is well versed with all facets of real estate law including lease, tenancies as well as conventional and Islamic banking practice.

Vivien Thien Shin Ying


Called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn), Vivien Thien has the distinction of being called to the Bar in England and Wales, Malaysian Bar and the Bar of her home state, Sabah.

Vivien harnesses her strongest attributes of dedication and capacity for hard work as she continues to develop our growing practice across in the civil and criminal courts. Loges Tiyagarajan

Loges graduated from National University of Malaysia (UKM) with LLB (Hons).  Thereafter, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya.  He is presently specialises in insurance litigation and his practice involves the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury litigation.

Vilashini Devi

Vilashini Devi read law at Multimedia University and was called to the Malaysian Bar.

Armed with innovative strategies and strong analytical skills honed in the fields of civil litigation, foreclosure, banking as well as employment law, she currently practices extensively in the area of litigation, both civil and criminal.

Aivy Chin Ai Wei

Chin Ai Wei as been a part of Kit & Associates ever since she began her career working as a legal intern during law school. She soon-after graduated with her Bachelor Laws degree from University of London and successfully completed her Certificate of Legal Practice qualification shortly thereafter. She chambered in Kit & Associates and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya where she now assists the team in all aspects of the criminal law, family law and personal injury claims.
